芋儿七的成分鉴定及抗氧化作用

摘  要:以芋儿七为材料,通过茚三酮实验、泡沫试验、斐林试验、本尼迪哥特实验、三氯化铁实验、三氯化铝实验、碱液试验、浓硫酸实验等方法,检测芋儿七乙醇提取物和芋儿七水提取物中的化学成分。结果显示芋儿七中含有氨基酸、糖类、苷类、黄酮类、蒽醌类和鞣质等化学成分。运用邻苯三酚自氧化法,通过测定反应体系的吸光度,探究芋儿七提取物对超氧阴离子生成的影响。结果显示芋儿七乙醇提取物,芋儿七乙酸乙酯提取物及芋儿七水提取物对清除超氧阴离子均有较强的抑制作用,说明芋儿七有较强的抗氧化作用。Using Trillim tschonoskii Maxim. as material, the chemical composition of Trillim tschonoskii Maxim. were identified by a series of chemical methods that included ninhydrin reaction, foaming reaction, α - naphthol experiment, benedict reaction, ferric chloride experiment, luminium chloride experiment, alkaline liquid test and concentrated sulfuric acid test. The results showed that the chemical composition of TriUim tschonoskii Maxim. included amino acids, sugars, glycosides, flavonoids , anthraquinone and tannins, phenols, etc. In addition, the method of autoxidation of pyrogallol was used to observe the oxygen derived free radicals scavenging of extracts of Trillim tschonoskii Maxim. The results showed that ethanol extract, tschonoskii Maxim. had a certain ability to remove superoxide tschonoskii Maxim. had stronger antioxidative ability. ethyl acetate extract and water extract of Trillium anion. The faet proved that the extracts of Trillim tschonoskii Maxim. had stronger antioxidative ability.
