摘  要:加热炉的板坯加热制度需要根据生产实践不断地进行调整,以达到节能减排的目的。本文介绍了首钢京唐热轧部通过对加热炉实行黑匣试验,摸索板坯不同区域截面温度变化的规律。根据板坯截面温度变化与均热时间的关系,以及加热炉二级温度跟踪计算数据,修改了加热制度。结合轧机工艺的需求,缩短了原先加热制度中对均热时间的规定。最终有效降低了加热炉的吨钢能耗。The heating constitution of the reheating furnace need to constantly adjust according to the production practice in order to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction. The black box testing in Shougang Jingtang reheating furnace is introduced, in order to study the law of the temperature variation on the cross section of different areas in the slab. According to the relationship between the tem- perature change of cross section and the soaking time, as well as the reheating furnace L2 temperature tracking calculation data, the heating constitution is modified. Combined with the needs of rolling mill tech- nology, the soaking time of the original heating constitution is shortened. The energy consumption of reheat- ing furnace is reduced finally.
