摘　　要：在传统热风炉改造过程中,通过使用炉箅子与格子砖过渡装置,实现原有梅花孔炉箅子能够与新型高效多孔格子砖配套使用,从而达到增大热风炉蓄热体加热面积,提高送风风温的目的,同时节省改造投资,缩短施工工期。In the transformation process of traditional hot blast stove, the grate and checker brick transition device is adopted to realize that the existing plum blossom hole grate can be matched with the new type high efficiency perforated checker brick, so as to increase heating area of hot blast stove regenerator, improve blast temperature, save the investment for revamping, and shorten the construction period.
