缩宫逐瘀免煎颗粒与汤剂治疗人流术后子宫复旧对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较缩宫逐瘀中药免煎颗粒制剂与传统汤药制剂治疗人流术后子宫复旧临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分成颗粒组(50例)和汤剂组(50例),比较两组患者子宫复旧状况。结果两组在子宫出血量、子宫出血时间、术后第14天子宫内膜厚度、第14天宫腔残留物、第14天尿妊娠试验、术后首次月经经期方面没有差异(P>0.05),在术后腹痛持续时间和月经复潮时间方面颗粒组优于汤剂组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缩宫逐瘀免煎颗粒在人流术后促进子宫复旧疗效显著,且携带方便,服用简单,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy of Oxytocin and Blood Stasis-Removing Herb between its concentrated granules and traditional decoction on patients＇ uterus involution after induced abortion. Method： Totally 100 patients were evenly divided into granules and decoction groups. The recovery conditions of uterus in both groups were compared. Results： There is no difference in the bleeding volume and time, endometrial thickness, intrauterine residue and urine pregnancy test after incision on the 14th day as well as in the conditions of the first menstrual period ＇after incision （P〉0.05）. However, the duration of postoperative abdominal pain and menstrual recurrent time in the gramlles group are superior to those in the decoction group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： The Oxytocin and Blood Stasis-Removing Granule is remarkablely effective in the uterus recovery after induced abortion and convenient for taking, worthy of popularizing in clinical application.
