摘　　要：目的掌握高校大学生艾滋病相关知信行情况,获得高危群体特征,为大学生群体干预提供依据。方法采用横断面研究方法。应用分层整群抽样方法选取成都某医学院4个年级大学生作为调查对象,开展艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为情况的问卷调查。结果调查最终获得803份有效问卷,大学生群体对艾滋病基础知识的知晓率较高,为83.2%(668人);但对非传播途径的认识较差,正确知晓率仅为50.1%(402人);不同年级知晓率的差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.276,P<0.001)。18.2%的大学生对身边的同性恋者持支持态度,女性群体对同性恋及同性恋性行为的支持度高于男性群体。59.5%的大学生表示能够接受婚前性行为,20.2%的大学生告知已发生过插入性性行为。85.7%的大学生(688人)知道正确使用安全套可以预防性传播疾病,女生群体对性行为中使用安全套的支持率为86.8%,男生群体为59.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.453,P<0.001)。结论大学生群体对艾滋病及安全套使用相关知识的掌握仍不全面,对高危性行为的接受度较高,但对安全套使用的支持率却不理想,因此,应有针对性地开展长期、系统的艾滋病防控健康教育干预,以达到在大学生群体中预防艾滋病的目的。Objective To know the status of AIDS related knowledge,attitude and behaviors among undergraduates,in order to provide evidence for intervention of the high-risk behavior groups.Methods Students from four grades were selected by using stratified cluster sampling method and a cross-sectional investigation was conducted to know the information of AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior.Results 803 students were included in the data analysis.The results indicated that the students had a high rate of AIDS knowledge awareness,but poor recognition of non-transmission route（50.1%）.The difference of awareness rates in different grades was significant（χ~2=12.453,P0.001）.85.7% students knew that condom could prevent STD/AIDS from spreading.18.2% students had positive attitude to homosexuality,with females more than males.59.2% student could accept premarital sex.20.2% students had penetrative sex,with females more supportive to use condoms than males（86.8% vs.59.3%,P0.001）.Conclusion The undergraduates need comprehensive knowledge of AIDS and condom use,as a certain proportion of students have unsafe sex,and have not use condom consistently.So the behavior interventions should be conducted to prevent HIV/AIDS among students.
