一指禅推风池联合颈夹脊电针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究一指禅推风池联合颈夹脊电针对椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法:椎动脉型颈椎病患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各45例,对照组采用颈夹脊穴位电针治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加一指禅推风池治疗,治疗结束后对椎动脉血流及颈椎病临床评价分数进行分析并观察临床疗效。结果:治疗结束后两组收缩期最高流速、舒张末期流速、颈椎病临床评价量表评分均升高,阻力指数和搏动指数降低,和治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组和对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);对照组总有效率82.22%,治疗组总有效率91.11%,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:一指禅推风池联合颈夹脊电针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效明显,能显著改善患者临床症状以及椎动脉血流,值得临床上推广应用。Objective：To study the clinical effect of the treatment for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type（CSA） by massage of one-finger pushing on GB20 combined with electro-acupuncture at Jiaji points.Methods：90 cases of patients with CAS were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 45 cases in each group;the control group was treated by electro-acupuncture on cervical Jiaji points,on this basis,the treatment group was also intervened with massage of one-finger pushing on GB20.The flow of vertebral artery blood and clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis（CASCS） were used to evaluate clinical curative effect after the treatment.Results：PSV,EDV,and CASCS were increased;whereas RI and PI were decreased in both groups after the treatment,there were significant differences between pre-treatment and post-treatment（P〈0.05）;the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.11%,which was significant higher than 82.22% of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of one-finger pushing on GB20 combined with electro-acupuncture on cervical Jiaji points has significant clinical effect on CSA.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the flow of vertebral artery blood.
