深刺下腰部华佗夹脊穴配合传统功法训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效评估

摘　　要：目的:探究深刺下腰部华佗夹脊穴配合传统功法训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各60例,治疗组予25 mm^40 mm的针灸针深刺下腰部华佗夹脊穴并配合传统功法训练,对照组采用13 mm^25 mm的针灸针浅刺下腰部华佗夹脊穴并配合常规体育活动,4周后观察两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组VAS评分、ODI指数、JOA下腰痛量表评分均较对照组下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:深刺下腰部华佗夹脊穴配合传统功法训练较浅刺下腰部华佗夹脊穴配合常规体育活动能提高JOA下腰痛量表评分,降低VAS评分及ODI指数,增加总有效率,标本兼治,奏止痛之功。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of deep needling local Huatuo Jiaji points combined with traditional power training in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（n = 60） and the control group（n = 60）.The therapy of needling Huatuo Jiaji points combined with power training was applied in both groups,the needling depth in the treatment group was 25 mm ~ 40 mm,it was 13 mm ~ 25 mm in the control group.Total efficiency was observed in the two groups after four weeks.Results：The difference of total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The scores of VAS,ODI,and JOA of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Deep needling local Huatuo Jiaji points combined with power training can improve JOA low back pain,reduce scores of VAS and ODI,increase the total efficiency,its effect was better than shallow needling.
