摘  要:目的:探讨电针结合运动康复训练干预兔膝骨关节损伤模型抗炎、抗氧化作用。方法:将24只新西兰白兔随机分为空白对照组、模型组、阳性药组和针康组,每组各6只。模型组、阳性药组、针康组均于麻醉后,在无菌条件下进行兔膝关节全层关节软骨损伤手术制备模型,空白对照组不给予任何处理。阳性药组给予布洛芬灌胃给药,针康组给予电针结合康复训练。4周后,观测电针结合运动康复训练对兔膝骨关节损伤模型关节液IL-1α、IL-6、NO含量、SOD活性、MDA含量的影响。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型组兔关节液IL-1α、IL-6、NO、MDA含量均明显升高,SOD活性明显降低,差异极显著(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,阳性药组、针康组兔关节液IL-1α、IL-6、NO、MDA含量均明显降低,SOD活性明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:电针结合运动康复训练可明显降低兔膝骨关节损伤模型关节液IL-1α、IL-6、NO、MDA含量、升高SOD活性,说明其干预膝骨关节损伤模型具有较好的抗炎、抗氧化作用。Objective:To explore the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects of electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in rabbit models with knee joint injury.Methods:24 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into the blank control group(group A),the model group(group B),the medication group(group C),and the electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training group(group D),with six rabbits in each group.Articular cartilage injury operation was applied to establish models under aseptic conditions after anesthesia;Ibuprofen was orally administrated in group C,and electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training was applied in group D.Contents of IL-α,IL-6,NO and MDA,and SOD activity in knee joint fluid were tested after four weeks.Results:The contents of IL-α,IL-6,NO,and MDA were significant increased,and SOD activity was distinctively decreased in group B compared to group A(P〈0.01).The contents of IL-α,IL-6,NO,and MDA were significant decreased,and SOD activity was distinctively increased after intervention compared to group B(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training could obviously reduce IL-α,IL-6,NO,MDA,and increase SOD activity in keen joint fluid in rabbit models,which showed good anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects.
