《针灸资生经》眼科病治疗规律浅析

摘　　要：宋代医家王执中所著《针灸资生经》是一部内容丰富的临床专著,在针灸史上占有重要地位。文章通过整理书中有关眼科疾病治疗的条文,统计常用腧穴及归属经络,发现《针灸资生经》中治疗眼科病以阳经经脉为主,取膀胱经穴位最多,腧穴大都位于头面部与四肢部,方法上以针药灸结合治疗,善用灸法,注重经验效方的应用,现就书中有关眼科疾病的治疗作初步探讨,以期指导临床实践。The book Classic on Health Care with Acupuncture and Moxibustion is a content-rich clinical monograph written by WANG Zhi-zhong,playing an important role in the history of acupuncture.It is found that yang meridians were the focus when treating eye diseases,points commonly used were from bladder meridian,most of the acupoints were on head and extremities according to the lines recorded in this book.Combined treatment of acupuncture,moxibustion,and medication,especially moxibustion and experienced formula were used more in the book.This research aimed to explore the treatments for oculopathy included in this book,providing reference for clinic practice.
