老年体检人群代谢综合征伴焦虑及抑郁状态的现状调查

摘　　要：目的:了解本地区老年体检人群代谢综合征(MS)伴焦虑、抑郁状态的情况。方法:对大屯地区65岁以上老年体检人群进行疾病史、生化指标、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)的测定,统计并分析。结果:876名老年体检人群中249人患代谢综合征,患病率为28.4%,其中:男性25.9%,女性30.1%,差异无统计学意义;MS人群焦虑、抑郁状态检出率为9.2%和2.4%;MS人群中不同性别、年龄和文化程度焦虑、抑郁状态检出率差异无统计学意义;MS人群与非MS人群焦虑、抑郁状检出率差异无统计学意义;女性MS人群SAS和SDS评分高于非代谢综合征人群,差异有统计学意义(t=2.04和2.324,P<0.05)。结论:大屯地区老年体检人群中MS患病率较高,MS伴焦虑、抑郁状态检出率相对较低,女性MS人群合并焦虑、抑郁状态的风险有所增加。Objective： To understand the region elderly medical people metabolic syndrome （MS） with the present situation of the state of anxiety and depression. Methods： The physical examination people who aged over 65 DaTun region disease history, biochemical indicators, self-evaluation of anxiety scale （SAS） , de- pression self rating scale （SDS） measurement, statistics and analysis. Results： Among 876 elderly check-up crowd of 249 people with the metabolic syndrome, the prevalence was 28.4% , among them： male 25.9% , fe- male 30. 1% , there was no statistically significant difference; The crowd state of anxiety, depression, MS de- tection rate of 9. 2% and 2. 4% ;Different gender, age and culture degree of MS crowd state of anxiety, depres- sion, there was no statistically significant difference detection rate; MS crowed and norueal people anxiety, de- pression, there was no statistically significant difference detection rate; Women MS crowd SAS and SDS scores higher than that of the metabolic syndrome, difference was statistically significant （ t = 2. 040, 2. 324, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Elderly check-up crowd DaTun area high prevalence of metabolic syndrome, MS with anxi- ety, depression, state detection rate is relatively low, a woman＇s risk of MS crowd combined state of anxiety, depression, increased.
