农村环境综合整治生活污水处理现状与对策研究

摘　　要：农村生活污水的随意排放是造成我国农村地区水环境质量恶化的主要原因之一。为改善农村人居环境,国家高度重视农村环境综合整治工作,在中央财政的带动下,各地建成了一大批农村环境保护基础设施,尤其是生活污水处理设施的建设和运行,有效提升了村庄生活污水处理能力。但是,目前的农村生活污水处理仍存在技术选择不当、排放标准缺失、基层环保能力不足、运行维护资金不到位等问题。本文基于农村环境综合整治基础信息统计结果,归纳了我国农村生活污水处理的实用技术工艺,并针对生活污水处理过程中的突出问题,提出农村生活污水处理工作的对策建议。The direct discharge of untreated rural domestic sewage is a primary reason leading to the quality deterioration of water environment in China＇ s rural areas. To promote the rural residential environment,rural environment comprehensive control program is implemented by Chinese government. Driving by the central finance,a large amount of pollution control facilities are built in rural areas. Particularly,the construction and operation of domestic sewage treatment facilities have effectively improved the rural sewage treatment ability. However,there are many deficiencies that restrict the treatment of rural domestic sewage,for instance,improper treatment technology,lack of wastewater discharge standards,deficiency of local environmental protection capacity and insufficient operation and maintenance funds. Based on the statistical results of rural environment comprehensive control program,this paper concludes the practical sewage treatment technologies that have been applied in rural areas. To further solve the main problems in rural domestic sewage treatment,the key works in sewage disposal and control are proposed.
