摘　　要：本文以欧盟在当前我国同等发展阶段时所倡导观念和政策的变化为核心,综合分析20世纪80、90年代欧盟的各类环境保护法律和措施,总结出其环境保护经验并据此提出我国环境保护的工作建议。Base on the changes of ideas and policies on environmental protection happened in this period of EU under the Same Development Stage Compared with China,this paper analyzes the environmental protection laws and measures and sums up the experience of EU,puts forward suggestions for Chinese environmental protection.
