摘　　要：本文从乌鲁木齐县建设用地现状出发,在对建设用地的变化情况进行分析基础上,总结其主要影响因素归结为经济因素、城镇化因素和政策因素;最后为提高乌鲁木齐县建设用地配置提出了建议。Based on the current situation of construction land in Urumqi County,this paper first elaborates the change of construction land,and sums up its main influencing factors into economic factors,urbanization factors and policy factors.Then,proposes the measures in order to improve the construction land use in Urumqi County.
