中药方剂配合针灸疗法治疗肩周炎的效果探察

摘　　要：目的:研究用中药方剂配合针灸疗法治疗肩周炎的效果。方法:选择2015年12月至2016年12月期间山东聊城市第三人民医院收治的132例肩周炎患者的治疗情况进行回顾性研究。将这132例患者平均分为ZJ组和LH组。使用针灸疗法对ZJ组患者进行治疗。在此基础上,配合使用中药方剂对LH组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果:治疗结束后,LH组中治疗效果为痊愈、显效、有效和无效的患者分别有40例、15例、6例和5例,其治疗的总有效率为92.4%;ZJ组中治疗效果为痊愈、显效、有效和无效的患者分别有20例、24例、9例和13例,其治疗的总有效率为80.3%。LH组患者治疗的总有效率高于ZJ组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用中药方剂配合针灸疗法治疗肩周炎的效果确切。Objective： To study Chinese Herbal Medicine Prescription combined with Acupuncture for Scapulohumeral Periarthritis. Methods： Retrospectively study the clinical material of 132 cases of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis treated in The Third People＇ s Hospital of Liaoeheng city from December 2015 to December 2016.Divide 132 cases into ZJ group and LH group. Treat ZJ group with acupuncture, treat LH group with therapy of Chinese Herbal Medicine Prescription combined with Acupuncture .Compare curative effect of 2 groups. Results： After treatment, in LH group ,effect of 40 cases is cured, effect of 15 case excellent, effect of 6 cases is effective and effect of 5 cases is inefficient, total effective rate is 92.4%. in ZJ group, effect of 20 cases is cured, effect of 24 case excellent, effect of 9 cases is effective and effect of 13 cases is inefficient, total effective rate is 80.3%.Total effective rate of LH group is higher than ZJ group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： The therapy of Chinese Herbal Medicine Prescription combined with Acupuncture for Scapulohumeral Periarthritis is ensured.
