摘 要:为了解小麦赤霉病发病情况与麦粒中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)含量的相关性,从江苏省张家港市的4个乡镇中,根据感染赤霉病的程度,分轻、中、重采样,并检测了麦粒中DON的含量。结果表明:麦粒中DON含量随田间病情程度的增加而提高,并且呈极显著相关性。依据田间病情推算病粒率,可以进一步预测DON含量,在生产实践中具有一定的实用性,但在不同年份不同病情条件下还是会存在理论值误差。To study the relationship between the concurrence of wheat fusarium head blight and DON content in grain, fusarium - infected grain samples were taken according to the disease degree from 4 towns in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu province. The DON content in the samples were analyzed. The results showed a significant positive relationship between wheat fusarium head blight and DON content in grain, from which a predication of DON content could be made based on the rate of dis- eased grains. The predication had certain practical value though some theoretical errors still existed due to different years with different disease condition.
