摘 要:中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司2.0 Mt/a柴油加氢装置以直馏柴油、催化裂化柴油及焦化汽油和柴油混合油为原料油,焦化石脑油中的硅会沉积堵塞催化剂孔道,影响催化剂超深度脱硫效果及装置运行周期。该装置采用中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院开发的FHRS加氢捕硅专用催化剂及Mo-Ni型FHUDS-6柴油超深度脱硫催化剂级配体系,装置连续稳定生产国Ⅴ车用柴油22个月,体现出催化剂体系良好的活性和稳定性。在停工检修期间,从反应器不同位置卸出了失活催化剂并进行再生。分析表明:硅主要沉积在捕硅剂及上部少量主催化剂上,FHRS捕硅剂起到了保护主催化剂的捕硅作用,保证了装置连续稳定生产国Ⅴ柴油的长周期运行。The feedstock of the 2.0 Mt/a diesel hydrotreating unit in SINOPEC Tianjin Petrochemical Company was the mixture of straight-run gas oil, LCO and coker gas oil. The silicon deposition of coker gas oil in the pores of catalysts resulted in channel plugging, which affected the desulfurization activity of catalyst and operation cycle of the unit. The silicon trap FHRS catalyst and Mo-Ni type FHUDS-6 ultra-deep hydrodesulfu- rization catalyst grading system which were developed by SINOPEC Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals were applied in the diesel hydrotreating Unit. The unit has been running continuously and stab- ly for 22 months producing Guo V diesel, which has proven the good activity and stability of the catalyst sys- tem. The silicon deposition on the regenerated deactivated catalysts downloaded from different positions of re- actor in the shutdown for maintenance period showed that the silicon was mainly deposited on trap catalysts and small amount of main catalysts. The FHRS catalyst played a role in protecting the main catalyst through silicon capture, which has ensured the long-term continuous operation for producing Guo V diesel.
