吕仁和教授诊治糖尿病、糖尿病肾脏病及肾病综合征的常用药物分析

摘　　要：糖尿病、糖尿病肾脏病及肾病综合征均为肾病内分泌科常见病,且糖尿病与糖尿病肾脏病、糖尿病肾脏病与肾病综合征在病机、治法和临床表现等方面具有一定联系。文章从3者的用药频次出发探讨吕仁和教授的处方用药特点,体现了吕教授"古为今用,洋为中用"的思想观念和"对病论治"的治疗特色,临床疗效显著。Diabetes Mellitus,diabetic kidney disease and nephrotic syndrome are all common in department of nephrology and endocrinology,and there are certain relation among diabetes and diabetic kidney disease,diabetic kidney disease and nephrotic syndrome in terms of pathogenesis,therapy,clinical manifestation etc.In this article,we discussed the characteristics of the prescriptions that Professor Lyu Renhe made to treat the three diseases by drug frequency.It also embodies the thought of ＂making the past serve the present and foreign things serve China＂ and the therapeutic features of ＂treating disease due to disease principle＂.And the medication has a significant clinical efficacy.
