益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑中风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血通络汤对缺血性脑中风的疗效影响。方法:选取2011年6月至2015年3月期间我院确诊治疗的缺血性脑中风84例,依据随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,每组42例,对照组患者均给予抗凝、降颅内压等常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础给予益气活血通络汤治疗,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、白细胞介素6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评估神经功能,采用日常生活能力量表(Daily Life Ability Scale,ADL)评估生活质量,统计分析所有患者治疗疗效、治疗前后炎性反应状态、治疗前、治疗后7 d、14 d、21 d的生活质量。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后血清中CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后7 d、14 d、21 d的ADL评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血通络汤治疗可有效改善缺血性脑中风患者的神经功能和炎性反应状态,进而提高临床疗效,有利于改善患者生活质量,值得临床作进一步推广。Objective：To discuss the curative effect of Qi-Replenishing Blood-Activating and Collaterals-Dredging Decoction in treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods：A total of 84 patients with ischemic stroke were selected from June 2011 to March 2015 in our hospital.All patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,42 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment of anticoagulant and reducing intracranial pressure.On that base,the treatment group received Qi-Re-plenishing Blood-Activating and Collaterals-Dredging Decoction.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to detect c-reactive protein （CRP） and interleukin 6 （IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） level;national institutes of health stroke scale（NIHSS） was used to assess neural function;daily life ability scale （ADL）was used to assess quality of life;the treatment effect,the inflammatory state,7,14,21 d＇s quality of life of all patients were detected during the treatment.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）;CRP,IL-6,TNF-αlevel of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group（P 〈 0.05）;the 7,14,21 d ADL score of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Qi-Replenishing Blood-Activating and Collaterals-Dredging Decoction can effectively improve neural function in patients with ischemic stroke and the inflammatory state,thus to improve the clinical curative effect and quality of life,which is worth of further clinical promotion.
