摘　　要：期刊论文作为学术交流的重要载体,包含理论研究、应用技术等各个领域的最新研究成果。为解决期刊论文的结构化存储问题,提出基于互联网的标准化期刊论文存储的方法与实现。通过建立论文资源分解模型,结合JATS(journal article tag suite)标准作为基础过滤库,完成对论文的聚类分析分解和语义分析。最后根据标准化数据映射完整度改进聚类分析分解方法,实现论文内容到标准化框架的完全映射。The journal is an important carrier of academic exchange, including the latest research resuhs in various fields such as theoretical research and applied technology. In order to solve the problem of structured storage of papers, this paper put for-ward the method and realization for storage of standardized journals based on Internet. Through the establishment of the resource decomposition model and the JATS （journal article tag suite） standard as the basic filter library, it completed the cluste-ring analysis and semantic judgment analysis of the paper. Finally, it improved the clustering analysis method according to the standardized data mapping integrity, and achieved the complete mapping from the content of the paper to standard schema.
