摘 要:本试验旨在研究不同比例的青贮茭白鞘叶与玉米、豆粕组合对体外瘤胃发酵及其组合效应的影响。通过研究青贮茭白鞘叶与玉米(0%、15%、30%)、豆粕(0%、15%、30%)组合的体外发酵参数及其组合效应值的变化,探索优化组合效果。结果表明:随着玉米比例的增加,微生物蛋白(MCP)、总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)、乙酸、丙酸和丁酸生成量也相应上升,同时pH、氨态氮(NH_3-N)和乙丙比相应下降。随着豆粕比例的增加,所有发酵指标生成量基本呈上升趋势。当青贮茭白鞘叶∶玉米∶豆粕为40∶30∶30时,NH_3-N、MCP、TVFA、产气参数48 h产气量(48 h GP)、产气速率(a+b)和有机物消化率(OMD)都显著高于其他组(P<0.01),相比较最低值,NH_3-N浓度提高了196%,MCP提高了131%,TVFA提高了81%,48 h GP提高了98%,OMD提高了70%。同时该组的48 h GP、TVFA、MCP和OMD的组合效应值以及综合组合效应值都极显著升高(P<0.01)。以48 h GP、MCP、TVFA浓度和OMD的组合效应值以及综合组合效应值AEs为主要衡量指标,青贮茭白鞘叶:玉米:豆粕为40:30:30时正组合效应最大(P<0.01)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,青贮茭白鞘叶∶玉米∶豆粕为40∶30∶30组合的营养成分较均衡,瘤胃发酵效率最高,为最优组合,在这个比例下能够有效的提高青贮茭白鞘叶的利用率。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of mixture of silage Zizania leaf sheath,corn and soybean meal on rumen fermentation and associative effects.The silage Zizania leaf sheath were mixed with corn at proportion of 0%,15%,30% and soybean meal at proportion of 0%,15%,30% respectively,the mixtures were incubated in vitro using reading pressure technique(RPT)system to evaluate the best combination by rumen fermentation parameters and associative effects.The results showed that with the rise of the ratio of corn,the yield of acetate,propionate,byrate,total volatile fatty acids(TVFA) and microprotein(MCP) were increased,but the ration of acetate and propionate,pH,NH3-N were decreased.With the rise of the ratio of soybean meal,the amount of all the fermentation parameters were basically increased.NH3-N,MCP,TVFA,the total gas production(GP),potential gas production,and organic matter digestibility(OMD) of group with corn at proportion 30% and soybean meal at proportion 30% were higher than other group(P〈0.01).Comparison with minimum value,NH3-N concentration increased by 196%,MCP increased by 131%,TVFA increased by 81%,48 h GP increased by 98%,OMD increased by 70%.The associative effects of gas production,MCP,TVFA,OMD and the associative effect(AEs)were higher than other group(P〈0.01).When the associative effects of gas production,MCP,TVFA,OMD and AEs were used as the evaluation indexs,the value of associative effects of group with corn at proportion 30% and soybean meal at proportion30% was higher than other group(P〈0.01).In concusion,the group with cron at proportion 30% and soybean meal at proportion 30% was greatest,which had scientific useful to improve the utilization rate of silage Zizania leaf sheath.
