养阴益气活血法对糖尿病GK大鼠氧化应激和硝化应激损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨养阴活血法对糖尿病GK大鼠氧化应激和硝化应激损伤的影响。方法:建立由高脂饲料喂养的糖尿病大血管并发症大鼠模型。实验分6组,正常组,模型组,参芪复方低、中、高剂量组,西药二甲双胍组。分别于灌胃第4、8、12、16周后处死各组大鼠,观察大鼠一般情况,检测空腹血糖、血清OX-LDL、3-NT水平、胸主动脉匀浆MDA、GSH-PX、SOD水平。结果和结论:具有益气养阴活血功效的参芪复方可有效而平稳地降低空腹血糖;降低OX-LDL、3-NT、MDA水平;升高GSH-PX、SOD水平。Objective：To explore the mechanism of Shenqi Compound on diabetic vascular disease and memory of metabolic,based the damage of oxidative stress and nitration stress.Methods：The model rats were randomly divided into model group,Shenqi high-dose group,Shenqi medium-dose group,Shenqi low-dose group,metformin group（referred to as the western medicine group）,10 in each,a total of 6 groups.Detect rats’ fasting blood glucose and 3-NT,MDA,GSH-PX and SOD level in serum.Results and Conclusion：Shenqi Compound Recipe which has the function of supplenmenting Qi and Yin and promoting the blood circulation,can reduce the level of oxidative stress and nitration stress,improve the pathological damage about memory of metabolic of diabetic vascular disease to achieve the role of prevention and treatment of diabetic vascular complications.
