中药联合替米沙坦片治疗2型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药联合替米沙坦片治疗2型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选取106例2型糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为两组。两组患者均采用常规治疗方法,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用替米沙坦片,80 mg/次,每日1次;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟方水煎剂,每日1剂,每次200 mL,早晚分服。两组均治疗8周。比较两组临床疗效,两组患者治疗前后血脂(TG、CHO、LDL-C)、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)指标水平,以及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者血脂、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)改善较对照组更明显(P<0.05);而两组治疗后均无不良反应发生。结论:中药联合替米沙坦片治疗2型糖尿病肾病,临床疗效确切,生化指标改善明显,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of decoction combined with Telmisartan Tablets in treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods：A total of 106 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups.Two groups used routine treatment and control group on the basis of conventional therapy with Telmisartan Tablets and 80 mg per time,once a day.The treatment group was treated with self-made decoction,a dose of 200 mL per day,in the morning and evening.Two groups were treated for 8 weeks.Compare the clinical efficacy of two groupsm,two groups’ blood lipids（TG,CHO,LDL-C）,24 hours urinary protein,urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER） index levels as well as adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results：The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.In the treatment group,the blood lipid and 24 hour urinary protein excretion rate（UAER） improved significantly compared with those of the control group（P〈0.05） and no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups after treatment.Conclusions：Telmisartan Tablets and decoction in treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy has obvious clinical curative effect and improve biochemical indicators significantly,with safety and reliability.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
