缬沙坦联合肾炎康复片治疗肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨和分析采取缬沙坦联合肾炎康复片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效及价值。方法:选取医院2012年1月—2014年1月收治的70例慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者为研究对象,依据入院日期单双号随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组采取缬沙坦治疗,观察组行缬沙坦治疗基础上,同时给予肾炎康复片治疗,分析和对比治疗前后血肌酐、血清尿素氮、尿蛋白含量的变化情况及临床治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为91.43%,明显高于对照组71.43%,治疗3个月后尿蛋白含量明显较对照组降低(P<0.05),其他血肌酐、血清尿素氮水平比较差异不大,且两组治疗前3项指标测定结果对比差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:对慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者采取缬沙坦联合肾炎康复片治疗,能有效减轻蛋白尿症状,治疗效果显著,这对于促进患者肾功能恢复有积极意义,有临床推广价值。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect and value of valsartan combined with Shenyan Kangfu Tablet in treating proteinuria of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods：In our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014,70 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria patients were as the research objects,and based on the date of admission were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group took valsartan treatment and the observation group received valsartan therapy and Shenyan Kangfu Tablet treatment.The changes of serum creatinine,serum urea nitrogen,urinary protein content before and after the analysis and clinical therapeutic effect were compared.Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 91.43%,significantly higher than that of the control group（71.43%）.The protein content of urine 3 months after treatment was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen level was not obvious and the two groups’ top three indexes determination results were not significantly different（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Valsartan combined with nephritis rehabilitation therapy on patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria can effectively reduce proteinuria with obvious treatment effect.It can promote the recovery of renal function in patients with positive effect and it has clinical value.
