中西医结合治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药坐浴联合中药内服治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:将106例良性前列腺增生症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各53例,两组患者均给予西药非那雄胺片,5 mg/次,1次/d,对照组在西药治疗基础上予热水坐浴熏洗,每次30 min,2次/d;治疗组在西药治疗基础上加用自拟前列舒利方,1剂/d,200mL/次,早晚分服,中药坐浴熏洗,每次30 min,每日2次。两组均治疗12周,比较两组国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)改善情况及临床疗效,对比两组治疗前后残余尿量(PVR)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、平均尿流率(Qave)和前列腺体积指标水平,并观察患者不良反应情况。结果:治疗组的国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)降低优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者残余尿量(PVR)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、平均尿流率(Qave)和前列腺体积改善较对照组更明显(P<0.05),且两组均无不良反应发生。结论:中药坐浴联合中药内服治疗良性前列腺增生症,临床疗效确切,症状改善明显,不良反应较轻,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with Chinese medicine for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method：A total of 106 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,53 cases in each group.Two groups were given western medicine Finasteride Tablets,5 mg/times,once a day.The control group on the basis of Western medicine used bath fumigation,30 min for each time,twice a day.The treatment group added traditional Chinese medicine,once a day,200 mL/times,in the morning and evening,chinese herbal fumigation and washing,30 min for each time,twice a day.Two groups were treated for 12 weeks.Compare two groups’ International Prostate Symptom Score（IPSS） improvement and clinical curative effect,and compare the two groups’ residual urine volume（PVR）,maximal urinary flow rate（Qmax）and average urinary flow rate（Qave） and prostate volume indexes before and after treatment and observe the adverse reactions in patients.Result：The International Prostate Symptom Score（IPSS） in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The residual urine volume（PVR）,maximum urinary flow rate（Qmax）,mean flow rate（Qave） and prostate volume in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05） and no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion：Bath fumigation of Chinese medicine combined with Chinese medicine decoction for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia has definite clinical effect and the symptoms are improved obviously and the side effects are mild.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
