摘　　要：关于城镇化与房地产的研究一直是热点，学术界对其的讨论不断，尤其是对两者的相关性讨论，涉及多种分析方法建模方式，需要对城镇化有全面而深刻的理解，对于初入这个领域的学者有一定的难度。本文立足降低学术门槛，将阅读该领域文献前所需的基本知识与阅读后将会得到的基本认识完整详细的展现。全篇从研究现状、研究方法、主要结论三个方面进行梳理与总结，以期为今后的相关研究提供便利。The research on the urbanization and the real estate has been a hot topic in academic circles, especially the discussion on the corelation, involving a variety of analysis methods and models, as well as the need for a comprehensive and profound understanding of urbanization. There is a certain degree of difficulty for freshman. In order to solve this problem, it will present the basic knowledge required before you read and the rough comprehension. The article is developed in there part： research status, research methods and the main conclusion, hoping to provide convenience for future relevent researches.
