摘　　要：湘潭钢铁公司热电厂为了回收炼铁过程中的高炉煤气,对6#75t/h煤粉锅炉进行了全燃煤气改造。通过理论计算与分析,从燃烧器及相关系统等方面,提出了改造方案。经过改造后的现场测试:锅炉出力等技术指标完全能达到设计值,改造达到了预期目的。In order to recover blast furnace gas in stealmaking procedure, the heat power plant of Xiangtan Iron &Steel Co. carried out the all gas firing transformation on No.6 pulverized-coal fired boiler of 75 t/h. Through theoretical calculation and analysis, the transformation plan was given in the light of burners and related systems. Test results in-situ showed that capacity of the boiler could completely meet the needs of the design.
