黑龙江省与俄罗斯贸易合作路径研究

摘　　要：黑龙江省既是东北亚区域的中心地带,又是中国距俄罗斯最近的省份,拥有较长的边境线,使得黑龙江省在发展对俄贸易方面具有优越的地缘优势和区位优势。随着中国东北老工业基地振兴与俄罗斯远东开发战略的实施,黑龙江省对俄罗斯的经贸合作迎来了新的机遇。在新的形势下,黑龙江省应充分发挥地缘优势和政策优势,适时调整对俄合作战略,探索新的合作路径,促进黑龙江省与俄罗斯经贸的务实合作,产生以点带线、以线带面的东北老工业基地振兴与俄罗斯远东开发的联动效应。Heilongjiang Province is the center of the Northeast Asia region, but also China＇s recent provinces from Russia, with a long border, mak- ing Heilongjiang Province in the development of trade with Russia, has a superior geographical advantage and location advantages. With the revital- ization of the northeast old industrial base and the implementation of thc Russian Far East development strategy, Heilongiiang Province, Russia＇s e- conomic and trade cooperation ushered in a new opportunity. In the new situation, Heilongjiang Province should give full play to geographical ad- vantages and policy advantages, timely adjustment of the Russian cooperation strategy, explore new ways to cooperate, and promote economic and trade cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and Russia, resulting in point line, The revitalization of the northeast old industrial base and the Russian Far East development of the linkage effect.
