双倍增目标与跨越中等收入陷阱的关系研究

摘　　要：我国目前正处于上中等收入阶段收入水平偏低的阶段,随着"双倍增目标"的实施,我国的收入水平将进一步提高,从而面临跨越"中等收入陷阱"问题。实现"双倍增目标"和跨越"中等收入陷阱"紧密相关,"双倍增目标"是可能诱发"中等收入陷阱"的前提条件,又是"跨越中等收入陷阱"的重要手段和途径;两者均以转变经济发展方式、实现包容性增长和可持续发展作为实现路径或跨越条件。深入理解和把握两者之间的关系,对全面协调推进以全面建成小康社会和"双倍增目标"为龙头的"四个全面",从而成功跨越"中等收入陷阱"具有重要的理论指导意义。Currently, China is experiencing the stage that the income level is relatively low out of the better - than - average income phase, and the income level of the nation is expected to get upgraded with the application of ＂the double multiplication goal＂, thereby the further issue of ＂middle - income trap＂ to be confronted. Attaining ＂the double multiplication goal＂ is closely related to spanning ＂middle - income trap＂ ,and the former is likely to be the premise conducting the latter as well as the critical way and method of ＂spanning the middle- income trap＂; transforming ways of economic development, achieving inclusive growth and sustainable development are regarded as the path leading to or spanning condition of both ＂the double multiplication goal＂ and ＂middle -income trap＂. Intensively understanding and seizing the meaning of this relationship has a crucial theoretical directive influence on promoting ＂four comprehensive＂ comprehensively and coordinately leaded by building well - off society in an all - around way and ＂the double multiplication goal＂ as well as further spanning ＂middle -income trap＂ successfully.
