摘　　要：目的探究前列地尔、尿毒清颗粒联合丹参酮注射液对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能、凝血功能和内皮功能的影响及机制。方法将本院收治的90例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为联合组45例(前列地尔、尿毒清颗粒与丹参酮注射液联合治疗)和对照组45例(尿毒清颗粒治疗),检测2组患者治疗前后肾功能、凝血功能和内皮功能指标变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者肾功能指标(Cr、BUN和UAER)、凝血功能指标(TT、PT和FIB)和内皮功能指标(ET-1、v WF和s ICAM-1)显著降低,Ccr、APTT和NO显著升高;联合治疗后患者肾功能指标、凝血功能指标和内皮功能指标显著低于治疗后对照组,Ccr、APTT和NO显著高于治疗后对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合治疗提高了糖尿病肾病患者的血液流通,改善了肾功能,同时调节了血管收缩与舒张。Objective To observe the influence and its mechanism of the combined therapy of alprostadil,niaoduqing granules and tanshinone injection on the renal function,blood coagulation and endothelial function index in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected and randomly divided into the combined group（ alprostadil,niaoduqing granules and tanshinone injection therapy） and the control group（ niaoduqing granules therapy）.The changes of renal function,coagulation function and endothelial function were measured before and after treatment in the two groups. Results Compared with that before treatment,the renal function indexes（ Cr,BUN and UAER）,coagulation function indexes（ TT,PT and FIB） and endothelial function indexes（ ET-1,v WF and s ICAM-1） significantly decreased in the two groups,Ccr,APTT and NO significantly increased in the two groups. After combined treatment,the renal function,coagulation function and endothelial function indexes in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group,Ccr,APTT and NO were significantly higher than those in control group after treatment,with the differences statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combined treatment improved blood circulation and the renal function,and regulated vascular contraction and relaxation.
