2014年-2016年绍兴市越城区社会医疗机构消毒质量分析

摘　　要：目的了解绍兴市越城区社会医疗机构消毒工作现状,为提高消毒质量和加强监督提供依据。方法根据GB 15982—2012《医院消毒卫生标准》、《消毒技术规范》,对监管区域内社会医疗机构的室内空气、工作台面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液、医疗用品等项目进行采样检测。结果 2014年-2016年,绍兴市越城区社会医疗机构共采集样品467份,总合格率为85.65%。室内空气、工作台面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液、医疗用品合格率分别为79.52%、88.75%、84.21%、100.00%、100.00%,5类监测对象消毒质量监测合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=20.94,P<0.01)。口腔诊所、美容诊所、中医诊所和常规诊所的合格率分别为86.01%、92.73%、82.14%和84.86%,4类不同诊所消毒质量监测合格率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=3.19,P>0.05)。结论 2014年-2016年绍兴市越城区社会医疗机构消毒室内空气合格率最低,特别是2016年;中医诊所消毒质量低于其他性质的社会医疗机构,需加强监督与管理。Objective To understand the status of disinfection in social medical institutions in Yuecheng district,so as to provide basis for strengthening the supervision and improving the quality of disinfection. Methods According to the GB 15982—2012 Hygienic Standard for Hospital Sterilization and Disinfection Technical Guidelines,the room air,working table,the hands of medical staff,disinfectant in use and medical products of social medical institutions were sampled and tested. Results 467 samples were tested in 2014-2016,and the total qualified rate was 85. 65%. The qualified rate of the room air,working table,the hands of medical staff,disinfectant in use and medical products were 79. 52%,88. 75%,84. 21%,100. 00% and100. 00%. The differences of monitoring disinfection quality rate between the 5 groups were statistical significant（ χ2= 20. 94,P〈0. 01）. The qualified rates of the oral clinics,beauty clinic,traditional Chinese medicine clinics and conventional clinics were 86. 01%,92. 73% and 84. 86%,respectively. And the differences among the 4 clinics were not statistically significant（ χ2= 3. 19,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The qualified rate of the room air in social medical institutions was the lowest in 2014-2016,especially in 2016; the disinfection quality of the traditional Chinese medicine clinics was lower than the other social medical institutions,and it is necessary to strengthen supervision and management.
