摘 要:将-9 mm细粒煤作为分选对象,对宽粒级细粒煤在振动流化床的分选特性进行研究,探索振动流化床分选的入料粒度范围。研究结果表明,细粒煤在低振动频率(<10 Hz)内具有较好的灰分分选效果,且煤炭灰分随着床高增高而减小。分选试验结果显示选后细粒煤的发热量随床高增高而增大,硫分随着床高增高略有减小,为振动流化床对细粒煤的高效分选提供了理论依据和技术支持。-9 mm fine coal was selected to study separation properties of vibrated gas-fluidized bed technology, and the effective size range of feed coal was also experimentally investigated. The results show that fine coal has good ash segregation performance within the lower vibration frequency range(〈10 Hz) and the ash content of fine coal decreases with the increasing bed height. The separation results show that the calorific value of fine coal increases with the increasing bed height, and the sulfur content of fine coal show slightly decreasing trends. These experiments contribute to the fine coal dry beneficiation via vibrated gas-fluidized bed both theoretically and practically.
