摘　　要：2016年下半年以来,国际市场原油价格企稳回升,经营环境逐步趋稳,国际大石油公司调整发展战略,由被动保守应对转为主动积极发展,出现扩大投资规模、提高产量增速、加大收并购力度、深化资产优化等最新动向,显示出国际大石油公司重回增长的良好势头。With the oil price stabilizing and rebounding since the second half of 2016, the business environment of IOCs has inclined to stable gradually. Their development strategy has moved from the conservative to active development. The latest development trends of IOCs such as portfolio optimization, capital expenditure expansion, accelerating volume growth and increasing the M＆A activity, show that the IOCs are going back to growth.
