摘 要:介绍了目前世界海绵钛工业的现状,分析了传统的克劳尔法存在着生产工艺复杂、流程长、能耗高、效率低等特点。指出随着国内外钛及钛合金粉末制备技术的发展和成熟,粉末冶金作为钛及钛合金近净成形的手段之一,必将成为降低钛及钛合金成形件成本的重要方法。建议我国新建和扩建传统克劳尔法制取海绵钛项目应谨慎,要积极跟进金属钛提取新技术,加强钛及钛合金粉末成形工艺和成形设备的研究,使我国钛的提取技术和粉末冶金成形技术能够紧跟世界先进水平。This paper introduced the current titanium sponge industry in the world, and analyzed the characteristics of the traditional Krol] method with long and complicated process, high energy consumption and low efficiency. It was pointed out that with the development and mature of titanium and titanium alloy powder production technology, powder metallurgy as method of titanium and titanium alloy near net shape forming, will become an important way to reduce cost. It is recommended that China should build and expand the traditional Kroll system cautiously and actively follow up the new technology of titanium extraction, powder molding process and forming equipment, so that China titanium extraction technology and powder forming technology will catch up with the world advanced level.
