摘 要:目的:分析深圳大学附属南山医院分离出的68株粪肠球菌药敏特点,了解万古霉素(Van)耐药情况。方法:回顾性分析本院微生物室2010年1月至2013年12月分离出的68株粪肠球菌,统计屎肠标本来源、科室分布及药物敏感性情况,采用肉汤稀释法检测Van的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值,分析耐药分离患者临床特点。结果:68例粪肠球菌标本主要来自于中段尿、导管和血液,分别为51%、12%和12%。同时屎肠对Van不敏感株占5.9%(仅4株),最高MIC值为16μg·m L-1,均无Van用药史。结论:在粪肠球菌Van不敏感菌株仍低,需要注意其MIC值动态变化以指导临床Van治疗。Objective To analyze the antibiotic resistance of 68 strains of Enterococcus faecium isolated in our hospital, especially the charactistics of the vancomycin resistance was evaluated. Methods Retrospective analysis of the hospital microbiology room in January 2010 to December 2013 isolated from 68 strains of Enterococcus faecium. The source, distribution and drug sensitivity of feces and intestinal specimens were counted. The MIC(Minimum inhibitory concentration) value of vancomycin was tested by micro-dilution method, the clinical statistics of patients with resistant isolates was investigated.Results 68 strains of Enterococcus faeciumare mainly distributed in urine(51 %), catheter(12 %) and blood(12 %). Meanwhile, there are four vancomycin insensitive strains of Enterococcus faeciumare detected(5.9 %) and the maximal MIC is 16ug/ml. The patients with vancomycin insensitive strains infected have no history of vancomycin use. Conclusion The isolation rate of vancomycin insensitive strain of Enterococcus faecium is still low, and the dynamic monitoring of drug MIC value plays an important role in rational use of vancomycin in clinic.
