摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定复方苯甲酸软膏中苯甲酸和水杨酸的含量。方法采用美国Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱,以5%冰醋酸:乙腈(45∶55)为流动相;检测波长为270nm,流速为1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果苯甲酸和水杨酸在15min内完全分离,两者均在0.1~100mg·L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,日内精密度和日间精密度均小于2%(n=5)。结论本法准确、可靠、重复性好,可有效控制复方苯甲酸软膏的质量。Objective To establish an analytical method for simultaneous determination of effective constituents in compound benzoic acid ointment. Methods The sample was separated on Agilent ZoRB AXSB-C18 column,with a mobile phase consisting of 5% acetic acid and aeetonitrile （45 ： 55）.The velocity was 1.0 ml·min^-1,and the detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results Salicylic acid and benzoic acid were separated in 15 min.Within the range of 0.1--100 mg·L^-1 of salicylic acid and benzoic acid,the calibration curve was linear. Intra and inter precision（RSD） was less than 2%.Condusion This method is very accu rate,reliable,stable,and repeatable, which can be used for quality control of compound benzoic acid ointment.
