HPLC法测定三妙丸中β-蜕皮甾酮含量的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立三妙丸中β-蜕皮甾酮含量的测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85);流速为1.0m L/min;检测波长为248nm;柱温为30℃。结果:β-蜕皮甾酮在0.506~16.192μg/m L(R=0.9997)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.9%(n=6),RSD为1.6%。结论:该方法准确、简便、快速,可作为三妙丸中β-蜕皮甾酮含量的测定方法。Objective： To investigate the method for content determination of β-hydroxyecdysone in Sanmiao pills. Methods： High-performance liquid chromatography was performed on a Diamonsil-C18column（ 4. 6mm ×250mm,5μm） with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（ 15 ∶ 85） at a flow rate of 1. 0m L/min,a wavelength of248 nm,and a column temperature of 30℃. Results： β-hydroxyecdysone showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 506 - 16. 192μg/m L（ r = 0. 9997） with an average recovery rate of 98. 9%（ n = 6,relative standard deviation = 1. 6%）. Conclusion： This method is accurate,convenient,and time-saving and can be used for content determination of β-hydroxyecdysone in Sanmiao pills.
