民营企业对外投资法律支持体系研究

摘　　要：在全球经济化这一大环境中,随着商品、资本流动的纵向发展,民营企业逐渐以领先地位登上国际大舞台,然而我国现有的一些法律体系对民营企业在国际市场中的发展并不具有推动性。本文主要的研究目的是对我国民营企业对外投资现状以及立法现状进行分析,并在此基础上提出一套完善民营企业对外投资法律支持体系的相关对策,希望能够对今后民营企业对外投资活动的优化提供一些理论建议。In the environment of economic globalization, with the vertical development of commodities and capital flows, private enterprises have gradually entered the international stage in the leading position.However, some existing legal systems in China cannot be a driving force for private enterprises in the international market. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of Chinese private enterprises’ overseas investments and its related legal system, and puts forward some strategies to improve the legal support system of overseas investments of private enterprises. This paper may to some extent provide legal support and referential value to private enterprises’ overseas investments in the future.
