摘　　要：目的:探讨阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效及对血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法:选取2013年1月—2016年12月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的小儿支原体肺炎患者112例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。对照组患儿给予阿奇霉素,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠。观察两组患儿的临床疗效、血清CRP水平变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患儿的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿血清CRP水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效显著,可有效降低患者血清CRP水平,不良反应少。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the effects of azithromycin combined with montelukast sodium in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and effects on serum level of CRP. METHODS： 112 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted into the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2016 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 56 cases in each. The control group was given azithromycin,while the observation group additionally received montelukast sodium based on the control group. The clinical efficacy, serum CRP and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. After treatment,the serum CRP of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no statistically significant difference between two groups in the incidence of adverse drug reactions（ P 〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of azithromycin combined with montelukast sodium in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia is remarkable,which can effectively reduce the serum CRP with few adverse drug reactions.
