摘  要:【目的】本试验旨在研究不同能量水平对舍饲断奶藏仔猪生产性能、养分消化率和血液生化指标的影响。【方法】选择体重(4.967±0.111)kg的健康断奶藏仔猪45头,随机分成5个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复3头猪。试验期28 d,分别饲喂藏猪消化能水平为11.72、12.13、12.55、12.97和13.39 MJ·kg^(-1)的饲粮,测定其生产性能和血液生化指标;进行消化试验,采用内源指示剂法测定饲粮的养分消化率。【结果】随着饲粮能量水平的升高,断奶藏仔猪日增重逐渐增加,料肉比逐渐降低(P<0.05),而平均日采食量与平均末重没有显著差异(P>0.05),11.72 MJ·kg^(-1)组日增重显著低于12.97与13.39 MJ·kg^(-1)组,而料重比显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);干物质、粗脂肪、粗纤维与无氮浸出物的消化率随饲粮能量水平的上升逐渐提高(P<0.05),总能消化率呈现先升高后降低的趋势(P<0.05),粗蛋白质与粗灰分的消化率受饲粮能量水平的影响不显著(P>0.05);血清谷草转氨酶与谷丙转氨酶浓度随饲粮能量水平的升高呈先降低后升高的趋势,消化能水平为12.13与12.55 MJ·kg^(-1)处理组谷丙转氨酶浓度显著低于其他组(P<0.05),其他指标受饲粮能量水平的影响不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】综合考虑生产性能、养分消化率和血液生化指标认为,饲喂断奶藏仔猪玉米豆粕型饲粮,当饲粮粗蛋白质水平为16%时,适宜的消化能水平为12.55 MJ·kg^(-1)。[ Objective] This study was conducted to determine the effect of dietary energy concentration on performance, nutrient digestibility and blood biochemical parameters of Tibetan piglets. [ Method ] 45 health weaning Tibetan piglets, weighing (4. 967 ± 0.111 ) kg, were randomly allotted to 5 treatments. Each treatment had 3 replicates and each replicate included 3 pigs. The dietary digestible energy concentrations were 11.72, 12.13, 12.55, 12.97, and 13.39 MJ· kg -1 respectively. The test lasted 28 d. Performance, nutrient digestibility and blood biochemical parameters were determined. [ Result] Average daily gain increased when dietary energy increased, but F/G decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ). ADFI and final BW were not affected by treatment ( P 〉). 05 ). The pigs which fed 11.72 MJ· kg - 1 DE diets had lower ADG than 12.97 and 13.39 MJ· kg- 1 group (P 〈 0.05 ) , hut had the highest F/G (P 〉 0. 05 ). The increase in dietary energy concentration was associated with increase digestibility in DM, EE, CF, and NFE ( P 〈 0.05 ). With dietary energy concentration increasing, the digesti- bility of GE increased firstly, and then decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significance in digestibility of CP and CA ( P 〉0. 05 ). AST and ALT decreased firstly, and then increased when dietary energy concentration increasing. The pigs which fed 12.13 and 12.55 MJ·kg - 1 DE diet had the lower concentration of ALT ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significance in other blood biochemical parameters (P 〉0.05). [ Conclusion] Considering growth per- formance, nutrient digestibility, and blood biochemical parameters, the optimal DE concentration for weaning Tibetan piglets was 12.55 MJ± kg-1 when the pigs fed corn-soybean meal diet with 16 % crude protein concentration.
