摘　　要：本文以从电力系统中退出的具有若干运行年限的10 kV真空断路器为研究对象,通过回路电阻测量、开断关合电流试验、耐压和局放试验等,获得了断路器的局放TEV数值等一系列很有价值的数据。在对试验现象和试验数据进行整理分析后得出:断路器和灭弧室的耐压性能没有下降,采用TEV测量方法能够发现由断路器一次回路元件松动引起的局放异常,是一种方便快捷、具有有效捕捉能力的方法;灭弧室真空度已有下降但尚未对耐压和开断能力造成影响;断路器一次回路完整性未遭破坏,依然具有正常通流能力,其开断能力也能够满足要求。lOkV vacuum circuit breaker to exit from the power system has several years of operation as the research object, through the loop resistance measurement, open close current test, withstanding voltage and partial discharge test, the circuit breaker of PD TEV numerical and a series of valuable data. Get in on the experiment phenomena and test data a- nalysis：compression performance and circuit breaker interrupter has not declined, measured by TEV can be used to de- tect radioactive anomalies caused by loose board by a circuit breaker is a convenient and effective method has the ability to capture the degree of vacuum has been;down but not for the pressure and the breaking capacity of impact;circuit breaker a circuit integrity is not damaged, still has the ability of normal flow,its breaking capacity can meet the require- ments.
