摘　　要：针对某变电站35 kV断路器机械特性不合格问题,通过对试验数据进行分析,结合现场实际情况比对,确认该断路器分合闸速度偏低,行程严重偏小的问题。根据现场实践经验,从安装和日常维护方面提出了预防性措施,可对解决类似故障起到一定借鉴作用。Aiming at the problem of the mechanical characteristics of 35kV circuit breaker in a substation, combined with the actual situation of the scene and the experimental data, it confnms the problem of the low switching speed and below standard travel, it analyzes the reasons for sealing fault by Introduction the disinteration of the fault, the preventive measures are put forward from the aspects of routine maintenance and installation process by practical experience, Conse- quently, it can solve the similar fault by the experience.
