摘　　要：针对硫酸化工生产中经常出现的影响正常生产的设备故障,分析了其出现的周期规律和特点,采取了加强设备管理和操作管理,提高了检修质量和减少设备维修费用,有效减少了硫酸设备故障的发生概率,提高了硫酸与铜熔炼生产同步率。For common equipment failures during sulfuric acid production which may affect normal operation,an analysis of the frequency and characteristics of the failures is provided. Equipment management and operating management are strengthened to improve the maintenance quality and reduce equipment maintenance cost,which effectively reduced the frequency of equipment failure in the sulfuric acid plant,and increased the synchronized production of sulfuric acid and copper smelter.
