摘  要:从1名确诊为矽肺合并肺部感染患者痰液中分离出1株革兰氏染色阴性的菌株5-1,细胞杆状,无运动,无鞭毛,生长温度范围为15~40℃,最适生长温度为37℃,生长的p H范围是6~9。菌株5-1与Empedobacter falsenii NF 993T的16S r RNA相似性为98.49%,系统发育分析显示,该菌株与Empedobacter falsenii NF 993T在同一个分支,亲缘关系最近。细胞壁脂肪酸主要是iso-C15:0,iso-C17:03-OH和Sum In Feature 3(C16:1ω7c/C16:1ω6c);主要的呼吸醌是甲基萘醌6;DNA的G+C百分含量为33.55%。综合系统发育、表型特征和化学特征,菌株5-1被鉴定为Empedobacter falsenii。A yellow-coloured strain,designated 5-1 ,was isolated from the sputum of patients with silicosis complicated with pulmonary infection. The cells were rod-shaped,gram-negative and no motile. Growth occurred at 15~40℃ (optimum, 37℃ ) and pH 6-9 (optimum,pH 7.0). Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences indicated that the novel isolate formed a cluster with species Empedobacter falsenii in the genus Empedobacter. Sequence similarities with the type strains of recognized species ranged from 90.65% to 98.49%. The predominant respiratory quinone was MK-6 and the major cellular fatty acids were iso-C15:0,iso-C17:0 3-OH, summed feature 3 (containing C16:1ω7c and/or C16:1ω6c ). The DNA G+C content was 33.55%. On the basis of the phylogenetic, phenotypic, and chemotaxonomic data, strain 5-1 was identified as Empedobacterfalsenii.
