摘 要:目的:了解铜绿假单胞菌在临床标本中的分布及对抗菌药物的耐药特征,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:收集2013~2014年临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌,K-B法进行药敏检测后WHONET 5.6对结果进行分析。结果:共分离出427株铜绿假单胞菌,主要来自痰液(44.3%)、分泌物(20.1%)和伤口分泌物(14.3%);科室分布主要为呼吸科(23.2%)和烧伤科(14.3%);铜绿假单胞菌对头孢哌酮的耐药率最高(35.9%),阿米卡星的耐药率最低(6.4%),对其他多种抗菌药物的耐药率较低(<30%),对美洛培南和亚胺培南的耐药率为8.0%和11.2%。结论:铜绿假单胞菌对抗菌药物的耐药率较高,应加强其耐药性的监测。Objective:To investigate the distrtion trend and drug resistance ofPseudomonas aeruginosa so as to provide guidance for the reasonable clinical use of antibiotics. Methods:The P.aeruginosa strains isolated from various specimens that were gotten from 2013 to 2014 were coUeted. The drug susceptibility testing of the clinical isolates was performed with the use of disc diffusion method (K-B method). And the results were analyazod by using the WHONET 5.6 software. Results:A total fo 427 strains of P.aeruginosa were mainly isolated from the sputum (44.3%), secretions (20.1% ), and wound secrutions (14.3%). The distribution of the department was mainly respiratory department and burn department, the propotion was 23.2% and 14.3%. P.aeruginosa was the most resistant to eefoperazone(35.9% ),followed by aztreonam (33.7%), the lowest rate of resistance to amikacin (6.4), low resistance to other antibiotics (〈30%). The resistance rates to meropenm and imipenem were 8.0% and 11.2%.Conclusions:The drug resistance of the P.aeruginosa strains to the commonly used antibiotics remains high level, we should enhance the monitoring the drug resistance of the P.aeruginosa.
