摘 要:为提高漂白废液COD测试的准确性,试验对比四种去除棉织物漂白废水中过氧化氢的方法。结果表明,氢氧化钠高温焙烘法:在8 g/L NaOH,90℃,12 h的条件下能完全分解H_2O_2;铜离子催化法:在8 g/L CuSO_4,70℃,2 h的条件下能完全分解H_2O_2;紫外分解法效果不明显,在254 nm的紫外线照射18 h,H_2O_2仅分解了65.70%;过氧化氢酶分解法:在不增加COD值的情况下,90μL过氧化氢酶在65 min内将10 mL 30%过氧化氢完全分解。因此,准确测定漂白废水COD可以采用过氧化氢酶分解法。To improve the accuracy of the COD measurement for wastewater from cotton bleaching, four methods for hydrogen peroxide removal from cotton bleaching wastewater are investigated and compared with each other. The results show that the H2O2 can be decomposed completely both with sodium hydroxide high temperature baking method (8 g/L NaOH under 90℃ for 12 h), and with ion catalytic method (8 g/L CuSO4 under 70℃ for 2 h); the illumination of UV has poor effect, the H2O2 is decomposed 65.70% after 18 h. With catalase decomposition method, 90μL of catalase can completely decompose 10 mL of 30% hydrogen peroxide in 65 rain without increasing the COD value. Therefore, in order to accurately determine COD of the bleaching wastewater, catalase decomposition method is recommended.
