摘 要:采用层层组装法,以带正电的聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵为聚电解质,将多壁碳纳米管静电吸附到纤维表面,然后以聚二甲基硅氧烷为低表面能物质涂覆于纤维表面,成功制备了集超疏水、导电及紫外屏蔽于一体的棉织物。测试了整理后棉织物的抗紫外光、耐酸碱盐稳定性,并探究了不同组装层数对棉织物表面润湿性和光透过率的影响。结果发现,整理织物表面粗糙,具有较强的抗紫外线和耐酸碱盐稳定性,电阻率降低至18.5Ω·cm,且当组装次数达到十次时,其静态接触角达到162°,在200~380 nm紫外光区,对紫外光的透过率能低至2%。By the layers of assembly method, polydimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride is used as the poly- electrolyte, to adsorb multiwalled carbon nanotube to the fiber surface through electrostatic interaction and then coating the polydimethylsiloxane onto the fiber surface. Finally, the cotton fabric is successfully prepared with excellent performance of the superhvdrophobic, electrically conductive and ultraviolet shielding. The morphology, resistance to ultraviolet light, stability in acid, alkali and salt solutions, are studied. In addition, the effects of different assembly layer on fabric surface wettability and light transmittance are also investigated.The results show that fiber surface has rough structure, strong resis. tance to UV light, and good stability in acid, alkali or salt solutions, electrical resistivity can decrease to 18.5Ω·cm. When the layer number of assembly reaches ten times, the static contact angle reaches 162°. In the UV light zone of 200N380 nm, its transmittance can be as low as 2%.
