摘 要:以酸性汗液提取,采用离子色谱(IC)-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法建立了快速测定纺织品中可萃取痕量六价铬的分析方法。待测样品经恒温水浴振荡提取后,采用离子色谱分离,再用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定。选择了75 mmol/L硝酸铵溶液为流动相,用IonPac AS7色谱柱分离,并优化了质谱测试条件。结果表明,该方法的线性方程为y=261 898x+130.2,相关系数为0.999 8,方法检出限为0.005μg/L。纯棉、腈纶、涤纶和涤棉混纺四种基质中六价铬的加标回收率在83.2%~93.6%之间,相对标准偏差为1.46%~2.56%。该方法具有操作简单、灵敏度高、重复性好,适用于纺织品中可萃取六价铬的测定。A method of combined ion chromatography (IC) and inductively coμpled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) has been established for rapid determination of hexavalent chromium in textiles. Chromium is extracted by oscillating in acidic sweat water bath with separation by ion chromatograph, and then detected by ICP-MS. The test is carried out with 75 mmol/L NH4NO3 as the mobile phase, separation and determination on IonPac AS7 column. ICP-MS conditions and chromatographic parameters are optimized. Its regression equation is y =261 898 x+130.2, the linear correlation coefficients is 0.999 8, and the lower limit of the method is 0.005 μg/L. The recoveries of hexavalent chromium range from 83.2% to 93.6% in cotton, acrylic fiber, polyester fiber and polyester/cotton with relative standard deviations of 1.46%-2.56%. The results demonstrate that the developed method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible, which is suitable for the determination of hexavalent chromium in textiles.
