摘 要:基于对中职教师、高校教师、高中教师、企业管理者职业吸引力影响因素对比分析,中职教师职业选择影响因素除了社会地位、发展前景外,个人成就感是不可或缺的。从调研的情况来看,中职教师个人成就感直接影响了教师职业吸引力。对此,需要完善中职教师职业生涯发展的政策保障体系和激励机制,建立人才专项基金,加强学历衔接,增强中职学校教师职业吸引力,保障中等职业教育健康可持续发展。Based on comparative analysis of the factors of occupational attraction with secondary vocational teachers, university teachers, high school teachers and business managers, it found that the reasons why people choose to work in secondary vocational schools are diversified: in addition to the social status and development prospects, the sense of personal achievement is indispensable. From the investigation of the situation, secondary vocational school teachers' personal achievement has direct impact on the attraction of occupation as teacher. In this regard, the government needs to improve the policy support system and incentive mechanism for the development of secondary vocational school teachers' career, and special funds for the establishment of talents, to strengthen the linkup of diploma education, and strengthen vocational school teachers' professional appeal. So as to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of secondary vocational education.
