摘  要:本文运用结构方程模型分析方法,探讨地方本科高校应用型人才培养质量的影响因素,结果发现:"双师型"师资水平及结构优化程度、实践教学过程优化程度、应用型人才考核合理程度通过对大学生理论学习和实践学习积极性的双重促进作用来提升应用型人才培养质量。大学生理论学习积极性与实践学习积极性存在相互促进关系,且大学生理论学习积极性对大学生专业知识应用能力与素质的促进作用更大,大学生实践学习积极性对大学生非专业知识应用能力与素质的促进作用更大。这说明地方本科高校人才培养质量影响因素的功能体现"同级类差"与"同类级差"所在的层次与类别特色,并据此提出相应策略建议。In this paper,we explore the factors influencing the training quality of applied talents in local undergraduate universities based on structural equation model.We find that through promoting enthusiasm of undergraduate students in theoretical and practical study,the training quality of applied talents is improved by the optimization degree of professional expertise and structure of Double-Competency teachers,the optimization degree of practical teaching,and the reasonable degree of applied talents assessment.There is a reciprocal relationship in enthusiasm between theoretical learning and practical learning for university students.Moreover,the enthusiasm of theoretical learning is more helpful to promote the application ability of professional knowledge and quality,and the enthusiasm of practical learning is more helpful to promote the application ability of non-professional knowledge and quality,which shows that the function of the factors influencing training quality of applied talents in local undergraduate universities presents characteristics in different levels and categories of type difference of the same class and class difference of the same type,based on which we put forward corresponding strategies and recommendations.
