摘 要:没有一流的本科教育就没有一流的高等教育,建设一流的本科教育,必须有一流的本科教学为基础。提高本科教育质量,创建世界一流大学需要一流的师资力量,改革教师考核分配和聘任制度,建立科学的教师考核评价机制,对于建设一支高水平教师队伍具有重要作用。"国家教育体制改革试点学院"华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院的考察显示,该院教师考核评价的类别、指标构成、考核体系特征及取得的成效,对我国研究型大学建立健全科学的教师考核评价制度,提升本科教育质量具有借鉴意义。First-class undergraduate teaching is the foundation for first-class undergraduate education and there would be no first-class higher education without first-class undergraduate education.The firstclass teaching staff is the prerequisite for the quality of undergraduate teaching and the construction of first-class universities.To innovate the appraisal,distribution and recruitment system and build a scientific evaluation system for teachers are of great significance for the construction of a high-level teaching staff.A survey from the School of Optical and Electronic Information at Huazhong University of Science and Technology,apilot school for national education system reform indicates that the categories,index constitutes and characteristics of teachers'evaluation system conducted in this school,and the achievements this system has made provide certain reference meanings for the construction of a sound and scientific evaluation system of teachers in research-oriented universities in China in order to promote the undergraduate education.
